* Size 12×12, 11×14, and under: Sealed in a poly bag to protect from moisture, with thick backing cardboard, and mailed in a non-bend, rigid mailer.

* Size 12×16 and above: Sealed in a poly bag to protect from moisture, thick backing cardboard and sandwiched between extra cardboard support. Shipped flat in a recycled poly mailer.

*White border is part of the paper and not an extra layer

*Occupies approximately 15% of the paper size

*The white border does not change the overall dimensions of the paper or frame size

*On smaller sized prints, the border will appear smaller in a frame because the framing covers part of it
